Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely and secure delivery. We work exclusively with trusted courier partners to make sure your jewellery reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Shipping Details

We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders, with no minimum order value

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days from the date of order placement

Personalized or customized orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days

In the event of any unforeseen delay, our team will notify you promptly.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Partial COD on selected products.

To confirm your order under Partial COD, a small advance payment must be made online at the time of checkout

The remaining balance is payable upon delivery

COD availability depends on the serviceability of your pin code

If your location is not eligible for COD, the order must be completed through full prepaid payment

Please note:

Packages cannot be opened before completing the COD payment at the time of delivery

If the package appears tampered with or damaged, we recommend refusing delivery

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Customized or made-to-order items may require 5–7 business days for processing prior to shipment
