Returns & Exchanges – 48 Hour Policy

At Alayaa Jewels, we strive to offer premium-quality jewellery along with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Returns or exchanges may be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Store Credit & Exchanges

We do not offer direct monetary refunds. However, eligible products may be returned for store credit equivalent to the purchase value. Customers may also request an exchange for another product of equal value.

Eligibility for Store Credit & Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The product is unused, unworn, and free from any scratches or damage

All original packaging, invoices, and tags are intact

The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@alayaa.com
 with your order number and product details

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit

In case of damaged product claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Return Process

If the received product is correct and without defects:

Customers are required to ship the product back to our warehouse at their own expense

Alternatively, we may arrange a reverse pickup at an additional cost, which will be communicated upon request

Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 business hours

Securely pack the product in its original packaging to prevent transit damage

For self-shipping, share courier details with us. For reverse pickup, hand over the parcel to our courier partner once scheduled

Processing & Store Credit

Returned items will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt

If approved, store credit will be issued within 24–48 hours

Store Credit Terms

Valid for 1 year from the date of issue

Must be redeemed against a cart value equal to or greater than the credit amount

Cannot be split into multiple uses

Non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discount codes

Cancellation Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order

 with your order number

Customized products cannot be cancelled once order processing has begun

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable for products delivered in perfect condition as per the original order.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item:

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via support@alayaa.com

We will arrange a reverse pickup and ship a replacement upon verification of the returned product

Important Notes

Do not accept packages that appear tampered with or damaged during delivery

An unboxing video is required for all damage-related claims

Claims without supporting video evidence may not be processed

Open delivery is not available for COD orders
